On the job
You already know what a bad sub costs you. Someone who no-shows the week you needed them, or who can't read a detail, or who finishes the fence and then hands your client a business card.
That's not us.Most of our work is custom — matching an existing picket profile, building to an architect's detail, or fabricating something that doesn't come out of a catalog. On the Costco job we matched existing fence and gates and finished them in two-part urethane epoxy. If it can be drawn, we can build it.
A lot of our apartment work comes in behind a paint or recon phase — repair the iron, spot-paint at the repairs, haul off the old, stay out of the way of the next trade. We've run that cycle across dozens of buildings for Western National Builders.
Shop drawings, material data, certified payroll, warranty letters. You shouldn't have to manage your sub's paperwork.
We've got plenty of our own work. When we're on your job, we're your sub — your name goes on it, not ours.

Trade scope
Fence, gates, railings, enclosures. Built to your detail or matched to what's already there. Powder coat, two-part urethane epoxy, or field paint — your call.
Slide, swing, cantilever, barrier. Panic hardware, hydraulic closers, electric strike and card reader tie-ins when you've got an access control scope running alongside.
Stairway, balcony, cable rail, and code-compliant guardrail. Cable railing and galvanized systems included.
Commercial chain link, welded wire mesh, expanded metal, anti-climb, privacy screen, temp fence.
Damaged iron, bent gates, corroded railing. This is a big part of what GCs hire us for — the scope nobody else wants to price because it's twelve small conditions across a 400-unit property.

Email the drawings and the spec section. We'll come back with a written scope and a number — materials, dimensions, post sizes, footing detail, finish. The kind of proposal you can actually level against the other guy's.
