Campus operations

How we work on a campus

We've done enough school work to know what the job really involves. Fencing a campus isn't the hard part — doing it without disrupting a school is.

We work around the bell.Summer, breaks, weekends, or after hours during the school year. We'll build the schedule around your calendar, not ours.
We secure the work area every single day.No open trenches, no loose material, no unattended tools. If a section can't be finished and made safe that day, we temp-fence it before we leave.
Our crews are background-checked and badged.Same crew on your site start to finish, so your staff knows who belongs there.
We check in and out at the front office.Every day, every crew member.
We coordinate with your maintenance and operations staff directly.Utility locates, gate keying, access control tie-ins, bus and drop-off routing — we sort it out before we start, not during.

School scopes

What we do for schools

Perimeter security fencing

Ornamental iron and commercial chain link, 4' to 10' high, at school frontages, property lines and parking lot edges. We've replaced worn chain link with ornamental iron at school entries where the district wanted both security and curb appeal.

Security and barrier gates

Vehicle gates, slide gates, swing gates and pedestrian gates. Barrier gates and bollards to close parking lots during drop-off and pickup. Gates built to match existing fence so the campus looks intentional, not patched.

Athletic field and bleacher enclosures

Fencing to separate fields from bleachers and spectator areas, and chain link enclosures to close off access underneath bleacher structures — a common liability and vandalism issue we've solved on multiple campuses.

Screening and privacy

Perforated aluminum screen walls on top of block walls, vinyl privacy screen on chain link, and anti-climb screening where sightlines or access are a problem.

Gate hardware, repair and modification

Cane bolts, heavy-duty locking tabs, padlock tabs, two-sided locking, panic hardware, hinges and latches. We also repair and re-hang existing gates and fence rather than replace, when replacement isn't necessary.

How to buy from us

Open purchase order

If your district already has us or wants to set us up, we work on standing POs for repair and small-project work. No new procurement cycle for every broken gate.

Competitive bid

We bid hard-bid and informal-bid projects at prevailing wage, with certified payroll, eCPR submittals and all required documentation. Bonded to $1,000,000, so project size isn't a barrier.

Quote and proposal

For anything else, we'll walk the site with you and put a written scope and number in your hands. Our proposals spell out materials, dimensions, post sizes and footings — so you can compare apples to apples.
